A small counter with big opinions.
STINK is a cheese-and-cured-meat shop. We pull the boards together in front of you. We know what pairs with what. We will have strong feelings about your choices and we will tell you either way.

Cured Meat
Prosciutto sliced to the width of a whisper, coppa with a pepper line down the middle, saucisson dry enough to crack. Build a board, or just ask for a little taste on butcher paper.

Wine & Beer
Bottles are to-go or drink-here. The list leans European and low-intervention, with a shelf of local bottles, a handful of beers, signature cocktails, and spirits with stories.

The Kitchen
Grilled cheese that changes every week. Mac-and-cheese specials. Hearty sandwiches, salads that aren’t sad, soups when the weather insists. Espresso all day. Breakfast from 9 to 11.
Stink is not an insult. It is a signature.
Europeans have treated wine and beer as food for a thousand years. They understand what a good rind and a serious glass can do together, which is to say: dinner becomes a reason rather than a chore. We built STINK to make a little of that available on A Street, in a room that smells exactly like it should.
Our beverages don’t just taste — they tell you where they came from. Add a hunk of cheese and a slice of something cured and you’re on your way. Come for one, stay for four. We do not judge. (We do judge a little.)

Twin staircases drop from the A Street sidewalk into the lobby; there’s an elevator next to them if stairs aren’t for you today. All ages welcome. Dogs on leashes welcome outside. Surliness not welcome — we have enough of our own.
